1. Repair Policy:

  • If you experience any issues with your nails within 7 days of your service (e.g., chipping, lifting, or other service-related problems), we will provide a complimentary repair.

  • To qualify for a repair, please contact us within the 7-day window from the date of your service. Repairs requested after this period will not be covered under this guarantee.

2. Process for Repair:

  • Contact Us: Notify us of the issue by phone or text. We may request a photo of the problem to better understand the situation.

  • Appointment: Schedule a repair appointment at your earliest convenience. Repairs will be addressed as soon as possible based on availability.

3. No Refund Policy:

  • Please note that this guarantee covers only repairs and does not include refunds for the service.

4. Exclusions:

  • This policy does not cover issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as accidents, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper aftercare.
